Healing through theta meditation Technique

Theta healing is a technique that is very effective and works at a level that is beyond time and space. It helps a client to quickly and safely change the way that they think and feel. Theta healing will find the cause of blockages impairing a person’s natural functioning, (their belief systems, genetic defects, repressed emotions, fears, and traumas).  A very deep state of relaxation will be achieved during the session.

The ThetaHealing technique is a meditation technique utilizing a spiritual philosophy with the purpose of improvement in mind, body and spirit while getting closer to the Creator of All That Is (our God has many names and we call him Creator).  It is a focused prayer to the Creator and allows you to train your mind, body and spirit to clear limiting beliefs and live life with positive thoughts, developing virtues in all that we do. Through meditation and prayer, the ThetaHealing Technique creates a positive lifestyle.

The ThetaHealing technique is always taught to be used in conjunction with conventional medicine. It teaches how to put to use one's own natural intuition, relying upon unconditional love of Creator Of All That Is to do the actual “work.” We believe by focused prayer utilizing a “Theta” and "delta" brainwave (incorporating physics and quantum physics), you can actually witness the Creator Of All That Is create instantaneous physical and emotional wellbeing. We have learned that through the ThetaHealing Technique intuitive abilities can be used to bring about spontaneous changes and physical and emotional wellbeing.

The client will sit next to the qualified practitioner on a chair or massage bed.

The practitioner will hold the client's hand and ask that the client work the entire session with their eyes closed.  This helps the client remain in the theta (sleep) state to assist the technique to be effective.

The client must truly be ready and willing to work on issues that are affecting their lives in a negative manner; this will assist the process and bring about positive changes permanently to their lives.

Purpose of theta healing

  • To assist the client to realise their true self by being able to work with their goals and desires and remove the fear, emotional trauma and habits that they live with on a daily basis.
  • It helps clients to deal with feelings like unworthiness, self-consciousness, unsure of their next move, not feeling good enough, depression, self-sabotage, always feeling sick and tired.
  • Conditions are removed on 4 different levels and will help the client understand why they keep repeating negative actions and feel stuck.
  • It will also help clear negative energies from self and their environments.
